Unit priority is given to long term renters. Apartment reservations require a deposit equal to the first and last month’s rent plus a $15.00 water turn on fee. Rentals of less than two months require a deposit of half the rental amount. 3-6 month reservations require an electric deposit of $100.00. ( DL House deposits are $125.00 for electric , $75.00 water.) This deposit will be applied to the final utility bill and the difference will be refunded or a final bill presented. A security deposit of $150.00 will be used for damage repair or cleaning as outlined in the terms and conditions on the contract.
Apartments are fully furnished. Please bring your own linens and bed pillow.
Cable TV/ Internet are not provided by the park. However, you can obtain them through Spectrum.
Each tenant is assigned a keyed mailbox to receive their mail at the park. A $10.00 mailbox key deposit is required should you choose to use the site mailbox.
