We’re a small, resident-owned 55+ community located in Zephyrhills, featuring a mix of RV sites, furnished apartments, and a few long-term neighbors who contribute to the community's welcoming atmosphere.
It’s not a large resort, and that’s kind of the point. Things remain simple, quiet, and easy to settle into. You have everything you need—a heated pool, a communal gathering space, and a steady rhythm of weekly activities if you wish to participate. Some residents prefer to keep to themselves, while others dive right into the coffee hours, dinners, and card games. It finds its own pace.
We’re conveniently close to everything—Tampa, Orlando, shopping, and restaurants—but far enough to feel like your own corner of Florida. Most people come down for the season, park for a while in our affordable mobile home park, and before long, they recognize a few names and start feeling at home.
