Places to Stay
We offer a few different options depending on how you like to spend your time in Florida:
- RV Sites
Our RV lots are set up with 50-amp hookups, along with water and sewer connections. Many guests come down with their RV for the winter season and settle in for a few months at a time. - Furnished Apartments
We have a limited number of one-bedroom efficiency apartments available during the season. They come fully furnished, making it easy to arrive and get comfortable without much setup. - Mobile Home Rental
There is also a three-bedroom mobile home available, typically rented during the winter months for those looking for a bit more space.
Most stays happen between November and April, when people are looking to get away from colder weather and spend time in the Florida sun.
What Life Looks Like Here
Day-to-day life at Bahr’s is pretty straightforward. Some people like to keep to themselves, enjoy the weather, and take things slow. Others like to stay involved and take part in what’s going on around the park.
We’ve got a heated pool in a screened area, a community hall, a small library, and laundry facilities on-site. For RV guests, there are also bathrooms and showers available.
On the social side, there’s usually something happening throughout the week—nothing over the top, just the kind of things people naturally gravitate toward:
- Coffee hours
- Card games
- Bingo nights
- Shuffleboard
- Potluck dinners
- Seasonal gatherings and themed meals
- Light exercise groups
There’s no pressure to join in, but it’s there if you want it. Over time, people tend to find their rhythm.

Everything you need for your Florida winter vacation is right at your doorstep. The City of Zephyrhills offers a wide array of dining, shopping, golf courses, a bowling alley, and Cinema 10. For peace of mind, AdventHealth Zephyrhills and several urgent care facilities are located within two miles of the park.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you're perfectly positioned near top Florida attractions:
- Local Thrills: Skydive City for the brave at heart.
- Sports: Catch your favorite MLB Spring Training game in the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
- Theme Parks: Disney World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, and the Tampa Zoo are all within a 1–2-hour drive.
- The Outdoors: Spend a day at the Gulf Coast beaches or book a deep-sea fishing excursion.
