Our Zephyrhills RV sites are equipped with 50-amp hookups, along with water and sewer connections. Many guests choose to come down with their RV for the winter season and settle in for a few months at a time.
Furnished Apartments
We have a limited number of one-bedroom efficiency apartments available during the season. They come fully furnished, making it easy to arrive and get comfortable without much setup.
Mobile Home Rental
There is also a three-bedroom mobile home available for affordable Florida mobile home rentals, typically rented during the winter months for those looking for a bit more space.
Most stays happen between November and April when people are eager to escape colder weather and bask in the Florida sun.

Day-to-day life in our 55 plus community in Florida is pretty straightforward. Some residents prefer to keep to themselves, enjoying the weather and taking things slow, while others like to stay engaged and participate in the activities around the park.
We offer a heated pool in a screened area, a community hall, a small library, and laundry facilities on-site for our residents. For those in need of RV accommodations, we provide bathrooms and showers at our Zephyrhills RV sites.
On the social side, there’s usually something happening throughout the week—nothing too extravagant, just the kind of activities that residents naturally gravitate toward, including:
