NOTE: Rental rates vary depending on length of reservation for RV sites
For Apartments and House, rates vary on size of apartment and length of reservation

RV SITE RENTERS: For your convenience, rates can include one or both
utilities or, if you choose, you can set your own electric and water
utilities on your own

APARTMENT RENTERS: Water is included in your rent payment.
In addition to the rental deposit, there is also a security deposit that will include
a cleaning fee, utility turn on / off fees, and an electric deposit.

NOTE: We realize that not everyone wants to rent an apartment or RV site for a full six months and books for a lesser time. However, it is our policy to keep our rentals booked for the maximum time possible for the season. With that in mind, please be advised that those who book less than six months may be bumped by someone who wants to reserve that spot for a longer stay. Should that happen before September 1, the person who has reserved that site for less time will be given the option to stay longer or cancel their reservation with a full refund.
