About Us

A Community That 
Feels Like Home

Are you looking for an affordable RV park in sunny Florida to be your home away from home during the cold winter months? Then look no further than Bahr’s Mobile Home and RV Park located in Zephyrhills!
Zephyrhills is nestled between Orlando and Tampa in central Florida and Bahr’s Mobile Home Park is located on County Road 54 East just a couple miles east of U.S. 301. Bahr’s Park is a quiet and friendly, resident-owned, no pets, 55+ community that offers 20 RV lots, 8 one-bedroom efficiency apartments, and a 3-bedroom mobile home for rent during the winter months of November through April. The apartments and the mobile home are fully furnished. The RV lots are 50-amp hook-up ready with water and sewer.
Amenities include an on-site coin operated laundry, RV bathrooms with showers, a heated pool in a screened lounge area, a small library, and a community hall. Bingo, Shuffleboard, Potlucks, Exercise Classes, Cards, Weekly Coffee Hour, Themed Dinners are just a few of the activities that fill our social calendar each month.
